Breakfast was not so fantastic. Like the waffle maker as usual but the eggs and meat was little disappointing compared to the rest of the accommodations. Everything else was excellent!

Currently there is no breakfast and the pool is closed. On the 3rd floor where we stayed, the ice machine is broken and the vending machine is unplugged, but there is ice and there are other machines on other floors. There was wifi. The hallways could use more vacuuming, but inside the rooms it is very clean. The towels had a faint smell of bleach, not overpowering, but you knew they were clean. The bedding and pillows were very white and clean, and the pillows were full and comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, and one-cup Keurig coffeemaker in the room. The bathroom was also very clean. Very happy with the most important part of the stay - the room. There is a $100 deposit when you arrive, by the way.

clean, and quiet. a covered space to park while you check in kept me from having to unload bags in the rain. it’s blissfully quiet, no noise from other rooms or floors. the beds are comfy, and the sheets are soft. large bathroom. staff was courteous. the location is easy to find and located near plenty of nice places to eat and shop. there is an on-sight security guard at night. pet friendly

They are located in the very back and it's quiet and they have security at night. The staff are great and the customer service is impeccable. Vending machines for drinks with laundry facilities. Their are cameras which makes me feel safe and the staff are not always in your face but able to be reached at the front desk upon summons. Two words: value and security.

The hotel is right off the freeway, but I didn't hear road noise. The free breakfast was great. Hotel has a workout facility, pool and hot tub.

The inn is back off the highway which made it a little hard to find. But once you see it no more issue. There is construction happening on the street but this didn't affect. The building is old but very clean. I would definitely use them again. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff was so nice and friendly really made the stay even better. Thank you for making a difficult trip easy and thank you for being accommodating. 😍😘❤️

Very professional and respectful staff who work directly for the hotel. Mr. Embanks, Terry, Mrs. Chikon, Ramin and the female who works mornings whom name I forgot were all fantastic including housekeeping. The staff were the main reason I stayed for a couple months.

Was there for a night, the hotel itself is ok, need some refurbishment, my bed was a little to soft for me, and the shower painel was kind of falling apart,

Did not have breakfast, I like the location in a hidden place, quiet, had a refrigerator, microwave, and soft bed. Room was at the right temperature upon arrival and clean with all the necessity and first floor was great. Thank you, staff was excellent. cheerful.

The location was just what we needed, central to all our stops in Phoenix area. Booking was quick and checking in was as well. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
